Note: To Download Admit Card, just Login and Go to Admit Card Section. To submit Re-Evaluation Form, you can simply Login if already registered or if not, Get Registered first and finally Go to Re-Evaluation Form Section.

Online Portal to fill all examination related forms for Programmes of UG and PG Courses

    This is University's one-stop Portal to fill Examination Form Online , where:
  • - Students can online apply for Regular Exams,
  • - Students can online apply for Re-appear Exams,
  • - Students can online apply for Re-Evaluations
  • - Students can check the Exam Form status and can get, issued Admit Card
  • - Student can online apply for convocation.

Examination Form Filling Steps - with Screen Shots
Step 1

Check your details via Univ. Roll No.

The detail of all students ( ongoing & pass out) of the university are uploaded on this web-based application . To make it easier to fill the form , the student just requires checking his/her details by entering the University Roll Number for further processing.

  • Enter your Univ. Roll No. and Click Go.
  • Verify and get sure about the Student Details listed.
  • Enter Your valid Email ID & Mobile and Click Next to Proceed.
Step 2

Set Your Login Password

An email-id entered in 1st Step is going to be your user login . In this step you must have create your password and keep your entered information safe for future reference.

  • Be sure that Email Id entered in previous Step is Valid, as if requested, Password reset link shall be sent on this Email Id.
  • Set your password of at least 8 Character/Digit and keep the record of it for future as in future many operations are going to be activated in this portal only.
  • Click On Register. This is final step to Create you Login and it will login you and take you further to Fill up the Exam Form
Step 3

Complete your Profile & Select your Examination Centre

Complete your profile. You should be ready with your Passport Size photo's and Signature's Soft /Scanned Copy .

  • Enter your Aadhaar Number & ABC/NAD Id
  • Verify / Choose Your Examination Centre (If you are pass out ).
  • Upload Profile Photo & Signature. The system will accept file uploaded up to 512 KB. Once done Click Next.
Step 4

Submit Exam Form (Semester Wise)

Here is the single window to Submit your Exam forms for all applicable Semesters (both Re-appear & Regular)

  • Choose your Semester. It will display Exam for type (Regular / Re-appear) and will list the related Subjects.
  • Tick Mark the applicable / desired subjects for which you wish to appear in the Examination.
  • You can save the form by clicking the save button and click the preview button before further process.
  • Click the Pay button to Make the Examination Form Payment, it will take you to the Screen where all your related Examination Forms will be listed.
Step 5

Filled-up forms Listing and Make Payment

A list of forms shall be displayed on the screen. You can check the complete details of the form by Clicking view form before proceeding for Payment.

  • Go through the Forms Listing and respective Status.
  • Click the Print Form button to have detailed insight.
  • Once fully convinced, Click the Pay button. Once payment is made the Form will be locked and NO changes shall be allowed thereafter.
Step 6

Make Payment

To facilitate easy payment, all prominent payment modes are made available.

  • Verify Merchant Name as Himachal Pradesh Technical University Hamirpur.
  • Verify the Amount
  • Choose your Payment Choice Mode and click Pay Now.
  • If for Some reason, payment is deducted from your Account but showing pending in the Form status. Please DON'T make repeat payment, rather wait for 24 hours to auto / manual reconcile of the payment.
Step 7

Print and Save the Examination Form

Each Semester Form shall be available. You must keep the Hard and Soft Copy of the form for your reference. Though it shall be available in the portal as well.

  • Once you finish with Payment Successful, it will take you back to Forms Listing.
  • Click Print Form button and review the details, it must show all selected subjects as paid and Form status as Fee Paid & Submitted.
  • Print the hard copy of form by clicking Print button and Select printer as Save As PDF.
